Where can I find extra information about a lot?
By clicking on the lot photo in the auction catalogue you will be taken to a page with more detailed information about the item. Our workers strive to provide an accurate description and the best photos for our users. If you have any questions about the items you are interested in, please use the viewing day to ask questions and inspect the item.
Ultimately all items are sold as is where is.
What is a max bid? / How does the bidding Work?
A max bid is a way for you to make the most of your time and your money! By setting one, the system will automatically bid for you up to your set max amount. This allows you to go and do other things while the computer does the work for you. This doesn't just immediately set your bid to the highest amount either, instead it will incrementally increase with other peoples bids, potentially saving you money. If you set a max bid of $100 on an item that no one else bids on, you will only end up paying for the $1 minimum bid.
Setting one is super simple! From the bidding catalog, simply press Bid Now. The screen that opens (seen below to the left) will allow you to set a max bid. In addition, if you click on the item for lot details, you can also bid there (seen below to the right). The system does not allow for any other types of bids.
Remember, always bid with the intent to buy!
Can I view only the items I bid on?
Yes! The watchlist can be found in the top right corner of the page and shows all items that you have bid on or set to watch.
How do I create an account?
Creating an account is super simple and takes just a few minutes. In the top right corner of the page is a button that says LOGIN/REGISTER. Press that button and then scroll down to register to bid. Fill out all the information requested and confirm your email. Then you are ready to bid!
I have an account but can't login
If you cannot remember your password, you can get a password reset by clicking on "forgot username or password" and putting in the email you used to sign up.

For people who had accounts with us previously and logged in with the bidder number, the system now uses your email address as your username. In addition you will need to reset your password by typing in the email you used to sign up. Once you reset your password you can use your email to log in.
How do I know what items I won / how much I owe?
After the auction closes, you will be sent an email with a link to your invoice. It includes a complete price breakdown as well as the total. This email will usually be sent out right after the auction finishes closing or the next morning.
How do I pay for my items?
You can pay for your items with either cash or check at auction pickup. There will be a person there with a computer able to process your payment in person.
How do I sell items through Acesbid?

What is the newsletter at the bottom of the page?
Signing up to that gets you the latest information about auctions so that you know right when the auction goes live
What happens if I don't pick up my items from auction pickup?
Acesbid reserves the right to ban users that do not pickup during the allotted pickup time.
